The latest review of the Laptop Entrepreneur is in. Another good one.
The rise of the internet has revolutionised the workplace. There is a stream of endless information being received, forwarded and collated by people all around the world. This information is becoming more and more crucial to the way we do business, and in some situations, information is the business.
Information, and its value to others is the basis of the business ideas proposed within ‘Laptop Entrepreneur’ by Graham Hunt and Nick Snelling. What this means is that there are ways of creating revenue and profit by doing everything online. The consequences of this are that you are not tied to a particular location; an office or a factory. There is the distinct possibility that you can create a business online, working and developing it at home, in the pub, or even possibly from a beach in the Bahamas.

So what do we have for you this week?
Download it and read it over a coffee.

I have just been sent a wonderful YouTube film of a demonstration in Barcelona about the crisis in Spain. It is wonderful (breath-taking really) and shows the best side of Spain and the culture of Spain.
The demonstration is set within an office of la Caixa, one of the biggest banks in Spain, and revolves around a by-line stating that ‘it is not a crisis – it is capitalism’.
Do watch the film (it is very short) – and then ask yourself where else in the world could this happen? Wonderful…
